The villa is approximately 40 minutes drive from Larnaca airport.
It's close to Paralimni and Kapparis - both boast many shops, bars and restaurants as well as supermarkets.
The larger towns of Protaras and Ayia Napa are a short drive away as well as the stunning nature reserve of Cape Greco.

Relax in the villa's private pool which has salt chlorinator technology for softer, gentler water that is less irritating to skin and eyes.

Discover the beauty of Ayia Triada (Trinity Beach), and its traditional fishing harbour - a few minutes walk from the villa.

In addition to the private pool installation in 2023, the villa has benefited from a recently fitted kitchen, high pressure water pump for 'power showers' and new air conditioning.

A spacious detached 2-bedroom villa featuring fully equipped kitchen with open plan dining area and living room with WiFi, HiFi, TV and downstairs w/c.
The master bedroom has an en suite shower room and double bed.
The second has bunk beds and a single bed with a family bathroom en suite (with a bath).
All rooms have air-conditioning.
The front patio connects to the main garden featuring private swimming pool, BBQ area and outdoor shower with an array of garden furniture.
Off-street parking for two cars.

Getting here

We recommend hiring a car to get to the villa and to fully explore the local area...and further afield! Alternatively, you can book a taxi from Larnaca airport or one of the many coach services. Here's one of many such companies.

A FEW 'MUST SEE AND DO' RECOMMENDATIONS

BEACHES:
Our local beach with fishing harbour, Ayia Triada (Trinity beach) a few minutes walk away is one of the best on the island. It has disabled facilities, toilets, showers and a great cafe/restaurant.

Fig Tree bay on the Protaras 'strip' is a busier, larger beach with water sports, restaurants, etc.

Cape Greco is a stunning secluded area with diving cliffs.

RESTAURANTS:
Karas Fish Restaurant, Kapparis
Mousikos Tavern, Sotira.
Blue Spice all day restaurant and pool (Pernera).

Pastries and take aways: Zorbas bakery, Kapparis.

FOR KIDS:
Ayia Napa Waterworld water park
Water sports at Protaras and Pernera
There's an aquarium nearby.
